Dumbleton Hall Wedding Photography
A Dumbleton Hall wedding, with its beautiful Gloucestershire location is the perfect choice for so many couples who want spectacular location and a friendly welcome for them and their guests.
Rose and Grace Flowers and Photography have been there for weddings throughout the year and each season, although different, brings its own beauty and personality to the occasion. Here are some of my favourite photographs of the hall.

A Dumbleton Hall Wedding in Winter
One of my most favourite ways to arrive at Dumbleton Hall has to be by helicopter for the wedding of Grant and Russel. They chose to get married in between Christmas and New year for a spectacular winter wedding. The day was beautiful with cloudless skies revealing a perfect azure blue sky. It did mean that there was a heavy frost in the morning, but this added to the beauty of Dumbleton Hall and its environment.
Although we set off from Worcester, from the Race Course, it seemed to take not much more than 12 minutes to reach Dumbleton Hall. Russel and Grant hardly had time to celebrate with their best men and a bottle of champagne before we had arrived over Dumbleton!
Circling around Dumbleton hall, the helicopter was silhouetted against the immaculate blue winter's sky

Grant, Russel and their best men
The lovely evening, winter sun illuminated the scene beautifully and provided a fabulous backdrop for Russel and Grant's wedding photographs at Dumbleton Hall. The frost from earlier didn't even have a chance to melt in the long shadows of the winter sun.
A perfect evening with a sickle moon rising to add its own atmosphere as the sun went down.
Later in the evening, the sky took on a beautiful warmth, reflecting into the lake.
A Spectacular Finale at Dumbleton Hall
What a way to end the formal celebrations! The winter sky was brought to life with an amazing fireworks finale and an explosion of colour and sound.
Everyone looked skywards to witness one of the best firework displays that I have ever seen. Spontaneous applause greeted the final colourful eruption. A perfect day had been sealed with the perfect end. Not that everyone went home at this Point! There was still much dancing and celebrating into the night - it is just that this photographer did not record them, but on Grant and Russel's invitation, joined in!

A vintage arrival at Dumbleton Hall
Aimeé and Theo made a classic entrance to Dumbleton Hall in a vintage style car stat swept up the long drive, through the field of sheep, that Dumbleton is rightly famous for. Their day was a mixture, weather-wise, of lovely sunshine and heavy rain, but luckily the rain only seemed to be heavy when they were inside and safely away from it. As a metaphor on their future together, I hope that it was a good one.
The stormy sky did not stop us being able to get some good wedding photographs at Dumbleton Hall. in fact the heavy clouds added to the atmosphere!
Heading off to have photographs taken by the lake offered me a good opportunity to grab some unposed shots with the stately facade of Dumbleton Hall in the background . The stormy sky was a warning of the downpour to come but we managed to get our photos and back to the safety of the Hall just as the heavens opened.
Even a bit of mild drizzle did not stop Aimeé and her bridesmaids from having fun on the lawn in front of the hall. I never try to pose anyone but these girls naturally know how to show that they are having a good time. A wedding is a celebration after all !

An Early Autumn Wedding at Dumbleton Hall
Rita and Barry, getting married for the second time around, knew that Dumbleton Hall would provide everything that they wanted to make their celebrations run smoothly. They have a small wedding but were surrounded by close family and friends that spanned several generations, each getting something from the occasion and venue. The gardens looked particularly colourful at that time of year

The setting sun provided a perfect end to the day
The setting sun over Dumbleton Hall makes for such a perfect Cotswolds rural country scene and emphasizes the perfect location for a wedding and the perfect location for beautiful wedding photographs.
